My chiropractic services are not limited to the spine. You may have neck pain or back pain, or you may have problems with your arms or legs, including knees or ankles. I treat any part of your body, from head to toe. I treat both the joint and the muscles and soft tissue surrounding it. If your muscles are tight or improperly aligned, any fixes to the joint will not last. My goal is always to resolve the underlying issue. Your treatment may include chiropractic ‘cracking’, but it’s just as likely that I’ll use other manual therapies – massage, dry needling and so on. You’ll also get a personalised rehab program to help your recovery. Usually you’ll notice significant improvement within 4 to 6 sessions.
